Inaynga Maritime Ltd is partner in the 'ENergising COastal Regions with Offshore Renewable Energy' (ENCORE) project, funded by the European Union's Interreg's 2seas programme 2014-2020, co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund under subsidy contract No 2S08-004.
ENCORE offers advanced technical and business support services to accelerate the offshore renewable energy sector in the 2 Seas region, covering the Netherlands, Belgium, France and United Kingdom.
ENCORE's objectives are to advance five offshore renewable energy technologies, including wave energy convertors (Teamwork Technology), tidal and river current turbines (Water2energy & EEL Energy) and offshore floating solar (Oceans of Energy)) in a structured and collaborative process and to develop open-source tools & services to facilitate the accelerated commercialisation of offshore energy solutions for islands, harbours, estuaries and offshore structures with a focus on 2SEAS region and export.
Under ENCORE ourselves at Inyanga are providing our leading expertise in the fields of offshore O&M and Installation aiding the development toward commercial scale of these Marine Energy Technologies through cost effective and reduced risk operational costs.
Inyanga are proud to stand alongside fellow expertise from the sector Including MET-support(Lead Partner), Dutch Marine Energy Centre, European Marine Energy Centre, Bureau Veritas, Artelia, and University of Ghent long with Deftiq acting to capture and providing lessons from the project to the benefit of the wider marine energy sector.
