Our team at Inyanga have developed an effective vessel procurement strategy to satisfy our customers demand for more cost-effective deployments.
Through this strategy we have worked with a large range of vessels.
Market penetration through the right vessel at the right time. Vessels suitable for utilisation in tidal envirponments are predominantly engaged within oil and gas industry, causing availability and costs fluctuate drastically throughout each month and year.
To ensure cost effective and often underbudget solutions for our clients we employ a practiced and proven strategy.
Through detailed preplanning of time and cost-efficient operational procedures we identify a pool of appropriate vessels. Practicing patience and continual assessment of the vessel market we are able to swiftly capitalise on opportunities and access reduced day rates allowing us to be more competitive than our competitors.
This strategy is only made possible by the extensive experience of our offshore management team on the full range of industry available vessels. This operational experience and know-how allow our team to devise detailed operational scenarios allowing us to engage a more diverse range of vessels accessing greater potential for cost reduction.
This has proved effective allowing our team to penetrate and dominate the offshore management market since our conception in early 2018.
This strategy was employed successfully during the recent Sabella D10 recovery operation.
